Annual Plant Sale: May 18, 2024 at Pittsford Library parking lot 9am – noon
We are a friendly group of people united by our love of gardening. Our membership includes gardeners from beginners to master gardener status. Our purpose is to share our passion for gardening with each other and our community. We also socialize and have fun together. Join us!
Mission:
“The purposes of Pittsford Garden Club shall be to encourage each individual member to gain greater knowledge, interest and enjoyment of all aspects of gardening, horticulture, and nature, both by teaching and promotion of civic beautification through our work efforts.”
CONTINUING PROJECTS
Donations
Proceeds from the annual Plant Sale in May are donated to the Pittsford Food Cupboard and help fund beautification projects throughout the town of Pittsford.
Pittsford Library
Floral arrangements are placed in the Pittsford Library by members each month.
Town and Village of Pittsford
The club funds the flowers urns placed throughout the village each summer. They maintain the gardens at the Little House (headquarters of Historic Pittsford) and the Auburn Line pocket park. Other beautification projects are in the works.
We will sponsor projects the club shall deem important and promote the aims of Seventh District, Federated Garden Clubs of New York State Inc.
